Dana Glubiak

Business Development Manager

Dana Glubiak is the Business Development Manager for New England at Scale Microgrids. He is local to Boston, MA and is working to increase the presence of Scale Microgrids throughout all of New England and the East Coast/Midwest. Dana brings both his technical expertise from leading the Application Engineering team at Eos Energy Storage previously and sales experience from working in business development for BTM solar + storage projects at Enel X for Massachusetts and New York. While at Eos, he worked with the sales team to introduce the proprietary zinc-bromine energy storage systems to new customers and assisted with their system designs ranging from multi-GW utility scale projects to BTM microgrids. Before Eos, at Enel X, he was responsible for new business development outreach in MA and NY. His successes at Eos resulted in the backlog of the company going from $1MM to $500MM during his tenure and, at Enel X, he was able to get the largest LOI signed in MA and one the first contracted solar + storage projects for the company.
