Senior Contracts Manager
Kylie comes to Scale with six years of experience in the clean transportation and EV sector. Kylie began her career at the clean transportation consulting agency, Gladstein Neandross & Associates. Following her time at GNA, where she wrote and managed grant awards for fleet conversions and created educational content for industry trade shows, Kylie moved into the fleet world as a contract and grant manager for an all-electric mobility company running vanpool and carshare and installing supporting infrastructure in low-income communities. Today, Kylie heads the contracting team at Scale. Here, Kylie puts to work her passion for a sustainable energy future and her skills at contract negotiation, deal structuring, risk management, and legal operations. Kylie lives in West Virginia with her husband and three dogs and produces all of her own maple syrup in an amateur, at-home sugaring operation.
