Robert Boler

Robert Boler is a senior digital product designer, passionate about applying experience design to improve environmental sustainability. He works to streamline and grow Scale’s software suite, used for energy/financial modeling, site operations, and customer engagement. As part of Scale’s technology team, Robert owns the end-to-end user research and design process. He's been a part of both global corporations and tiny startups; consultancies and in-house; practiced digital product design and systems/service design. He has given presentations, hosted panels, and facilitated workshops at events like Austin Design Week. He holds a BA from the University of North Texas. Robert lives in Austin, where he explores various meetup groups, advocates for more bikeable/walkable cities, nerds out on interactive theatre, and hosts themed potlucks.
